- Photocopy of Date of birth certificate of student
- Photocopy of Aadhaar card of both the parents and student
- Address proof ( Rent agreement/ Aadhaar/ E bill)
- Recent Passport Size photograph of the student
- 25 rupees in " *CASH* " for the REGISTRATION FORM
